This has been a busy year which is an understatement. At the beginning of the year, our De-Fi strategy went completely out the window once the market started to collapse. Not a great start to say the least. I made the decision early on to put the project on ice for now despite the market being very unstable and rife with money-making opportunities, these are not the ones that interest me in the long term. It's been a very rocky year in the crypto space. To all of my friends in this space I have not left, my personal life has been quite busy this year too and that has also kept me from being able to put my focus into this right now and with the markets being like they are, it was a good time to take a break.
I'm still very much invested in the success of this space and I want to keep working on these very interesting and cool projects. I am hopeful that 2023 will be a better year for this space despite the looming inflation crisis and the potential for a full-blown "recession". Right now I would be focusing on buying assets as cheaply as you can and NOT selling them for at least 12-24 months. Also, avoid overleveraging yourself to make these investments since the future is still not set. (DO NOT take this as "financial advice")
Brown Computer and Tech Services is almost ready for its big relaunch and will be branching out into new fields of smart home integration solutions and more types of onsite work which will make it a very profitable entity. I think this new direction should work well with the current tech landscape.
SoftWorx Studios is working on a new project that is not a game but has the potential to have gaming functionality built into it. I have shifted our focus from making games to making things that use game engine technology but have real-world applications. With the rise of machine learning being so available and the potential that "digital twins" have and also the ease of use and its integration into Unreal Engine 5, this is a game changer. Harnessing my past work on VR technologies and different mechanics in Unreal Engine, I have been making great progress in this space.

With 2021 coming to a close, it is nice to look back and reflect on what we have all done. Also, it is that time where we all reflect and think about the future and what we want to do. To say the least, this has been an amazing year for us. With our successes in the crypto space this year and how much our group has learned, we expect we will have an amazing year and do even better for everyone. This collective has become more than I could have imagined. Not only with crypto but technology advances too. We also have some very interesting technology projects in the pipeline too that will come to light in 2022, so keep an eye out. We had to recently close both of our crypto funds due to a market instability with GVT. Recently Binance pulled the token from its trading platform for unknown reasons which had dealt a major blow to the coin price. This triggered me to decide to take action and close the funds thus returning all profits to our investors immediately. I still do believe this platform is a good choice for investing because it's proven itself to work very well and we will be opening a new fund in the next quarter which also gives us time to see how the platform will fair this change.
